The Louisiana Educational Leaders Network (LELN) provides opportunities for teachers to explore new leadership roles, including Teacher Leader. This endorsement credential can be attained in one of two ways, through the Louisiana Department of Education’s Leadership Excellence through Administrator Development (La LEAD) program or through Louisiana university-based Teacher Leader Endorsement programs.
