This partnership ensures that this pivotal election decision is covered in every corner of Louisiana.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\u201cThe Urban League of Louisiana is proud to continue our history of non-partisan voter education and mobilization,\u201d said\u00a0Judy Reese Morse, President &amp; CEO, Urban League of Louisiana. \u201cThis unique partnership positions our organization to help elevate issues important to the communities we serve as well as help to highlight the future Louisianians of all communities share.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cThis election is crucial to our state\u2019s future and its importance cannot be overstated,\u201d said\u00a0Tod Smith, President and General Manager, WWL-TV. \u201cWith our partners, we are dedicated to helping our citizens throughout the state make an informed decision at the polls.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to collaborate on this debate for such an important Louisiana election,\u201d said\u00a0PAR President Steven Procopio. \u201cDemocracy thrives when citizens are engaged and informed.\u00a0We hope this event will give citizens the knowledge they need to review the candidates\u2019 positions on policies critical to the state\u2019s future and help them make their decisions in the voting booth.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">While Labor Day is the unofficial start of the campaign season, many candidates are beginning to announce their intentions and setting critical milestones on their calendars.
