Q: Who should participate in LELI/DELI Programs?
A: All newly appointed or first time employed educational leaders. (District Leaders, Principals, Assistant Principal, and Administrative Assistants. This applies to those who are in “acting” capacities as well.
Q: How to enroll in LELI/DELI?
A: City/District Superintendents or their designee must register educational leaders appointed or employed after October 1, 2008 for the 2009-2010 LELI Program. The deadline is September 18, 2009. Contact your personnel or human resources supervisor for more information.
Q: How does LELI/DELI support the Educational Leader Endorsements?
A: All provisional or Educational Leader 1 certificate holders must complete the LELI Program within 3 years of being employed as an educational leader.
